SiNERIX was established in 2014 to develop a suite of tools offering document management and client onboarding applications. The founder’s background in technology, document processing, property and financial services gave him the desire to create user friendly, dynamic, compliance led applications that could work with any internet enabled device and be available from one platform, specifically designed to integrate easily into existing CRMs or web-based applications.
The development of SiNERIX evolved through engaging with legal firms to understand their needs and what was lacking in the marketplace. Its bespoke and client-oriented approach led to a focus on KYC and AML and it continues to enhance and improve its products, with VirtualSignature recently becoming its new trading style.
