Amy McConnell is Head of Legal Operations for Vodafone Business. Amy manages a multi-disciplinary team of 30 (lawyers, project managers, transformation and knowledge specialists, data analysts and IT professionals). Amy is responsible for the development and delivery of the legal digital strategy, implementation of a contract management platform, transformation, knowledge strategy, process improvements, resource management and ensuring the legal team are aligned to deliver the companies’ goals. In addition to her legal operations role, Amy is the legal business partner to Vodafone Carrier Services.
Amy has worked in Vodafone for 14 years, in a variety of different positions and including a secondment to the role of Chief of Staff for the Vodafone Business CEO. Amy was selected as one top Timewise 50 Power Part Timers in 2015 and the Vodafone Business legal operations team was short-listed for The Lawyer Legal Operations Team of the Year 2020.
