Why did you chose to become a judge for the British Legal Technology Awards 2024?
I believe encouraging the industry to develop is everyone’s responsibility and this is one way I can help. I wanted to help create a truly independent, impartial and fair awards process that is unaffected by commercials, table selling, or razzmatazz and I think these awards are doing that well with a high degree of integrity.
What Key Advice Would you Give to a Company Entering the Awards?
Be real! Cut the sales blurb and really show how our company, your service or your product is making a difference. Evidence it properly.
What Makes an Entry Stand Out for you?
It can be many things – an outstanding technology or idea, an outstanding service or a highly evidenced submission that closely aligns to the requirements of the category of submission and gets its points across succinctly.
What in your Opinion Elevates an Entrant to Become a Winner?
Something different that gets to the point without the hype and one that proves its position with a clear and unequivocal evidenced based presentation.
